How to Access Required Online Trainings

To access a training session, please fill out the form to the left and click “submit” at the bottom of the form. Within two business days, you will be sent a link via email allowing you to access the training session(s) you wish to take.
After submitting the form to the left, within two business days you will receive an email with a link to watch a brief online presentation, and then take a simple, 25-question test. When you have completed that test, you will be able to print a certificate showing completion. Please make a copy of that certificate and give to your pastor.
After submitting the form to the left, within two business days you will receive an email with a link taking you to a list of e-trainings available on the Philadelphia Insurance site. Click on the “Online Interactive 15 Passenger Van Training.” That will take you to a brief online presentation. At the end, you will take a 20-question quiz. Upon completion of that quiz, you will be able to print a “Certificate of Course Completion.” Please make a copy of that certificate and give to your pastor.
